Availability & changes

• •We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free data.
• •Maintenance, outages upstream, or dependency failures may affect the site.
• •We may modify features or policies; continued use after notice can mean acceptance of reasonable updates.

Disclaimer & liability cap

• •Content is informational. Status is not a warranty from app vendors or from AppDown.
• •To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppDown is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
• •Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero for typical visitors) or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Dispute resolution

• •If binding arbitration applies in your jurisdiction and you have agreed to it, disputes may be arbitrated individually rather than as a class action; courts may still hear claims that arbitration law does not permit to be waived.
